Spunlace is a new technology which using high pressure water jet to a fine one or more layers of fiber web, the fibers tangled with each other, so that the web can be reinforced and have a certain strength. Its wide range of sources of fiber raw material, can be polyester, nylon, polypropylene, bamboo fiber, wood pulp fiber, seaweed fiber.

Applications

Spunlace Nonwoven is a highly versatile process because it can be used to produce nonwovens with a broad range of end-use properties. These differences are achieved because of a wide range of fibers that are available and because of the broad range of possible parameter adjustments. The versatility of the Spunlace Nonwoven processes is seen as an advantage because this process can be used to combine conventionally formed webs with melt blown, spunbond webs, paper, other textiles and scrims in order to get a combination of properties that cannot be achieved by the use of a single web.

1.Bacteria-proof Fiber

• Based on 100% Rayon. The extreme absorption with water and oily stuff are good for your convenience.

• For our unique green earth, we adopt the recyclable material for protecting the environment.
• By special water-processed method, the fluffed cotton cannot easily float away
• Easy to wash, quick dry, making a becteriaproof environment.

2.Cleaning Fiber

4.Wet Tissue

• Processed by the advanced high-pressure-water method. The nonwoven spunlace has no Formaldehyde.

Spun-bond

Thermal Bond

For some applications, a thermal point-bonded non-woven fabric is best. To achieve this best solution, we intricately webs the select materials and then passes them through heated calendar rolls, one of which is engraved, to form the final nonwoven product.

An experienced staff ensures that the calendars rolls are heated to the precise temperature and with the correct pressure and roll speed to maximize fabric bond strength.

Applications for this process include window shades and apparel interlinings.
