Carbon Steel Square Header Tank

Australia GOYEN and Italy MECAIR have jointly launched “GOYENMECAIR” brand pressure header tanker dust removal system.

BFI is GOYENMECAIR’s Chinese manufacturing base camp for injection series production and can equip and assemble GOYEN or MECAIR original imported electromagnetic pulse diaphragm valve according to clients’ requirements.

The production of carbon steel square header tank is strictly operating under the quality standard of Italy MECAIR, rigidly in accordance with European Community 87/404 CEE, 90/488 CEE and fully satisfy all the demanding in CE standard.

Every header tank comes along with testing certificate and CE qualification license, ensuring working pressure up to 7.5 bar.

Various outer diameters optional: 5’’,6’’,8’’,10’’,and 12”, maximum 16”.

The length of header tank and distance between valves are in rigidly accordance with project requirements and CE pressure container design regulations.

Length of header tank below to 6 meters is highly suggested for easy transportation and assembling.

BFI is able to provide a number of header tanks connected together as a solution for high capacity demanding.

All the header tanks are designed and manufactured under clients’ requirements, JB10191-2000 and GB150-2011.It is also available to provide an extruded aluminum alloy square header tank series in accordance with ASME Standard B31.1.

Filtered and dry compressed air is a must for pressure dust collector operating smoothly.
